1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Promethena (the "Site"), which presents information about software products built by the operator.

2. Nature of the service

This Site is a static, informational showcase of products the operator has built. There is no account system, login, or in-site payment. The "Join waitlist" and "Inquire to buy" buttons open an email to dotaein@promethena.co.kr; any actual purchase or agreement is arranged separately by email. Sending an email does not by itself form a purchase or contract.

3. Product status disclosure

Each product shown carries one of four statuses: Idea, Prototype,Beta, or Live. These reflect actual development progress as honestly as possible and do not guarantee completion or a release date. Features, screens, and demo links may change or be discontinued without notice as development continues.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logo, and each product's description documents belong to the operator. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without the operator's prior written consent is not permitted.

5. External links

Some product pages link to external demos or sites. The operator is not responsible for the content, operation, or privacy practices of those external sites.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at the operator's discretion; changes take effect once posted here.
