1. Summary

This Site is static — no server, no database, no account system. The operator does not separately collect or store personal data. This document exists to be transparent about what limited data flows can still happen.

2. Data kept only in your browser

The light/dark theme choice in the header is saved to your browser's local storage only. It is never sent to the operator's server and is removed if you clear your browser data. The Site does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics.

3. Data shared with third parties

The wordmark font (Bebas Neue) is loaded from Google Fonts. Loading it may send your IP address and other connection details to Google's servers. SeeGoogle's Privacy Policy for details.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, basic access logs (IP, timestamp, requested path) may be kept briefly at the infrastructure level for security and operations; the operator does not separately collect or analyze this data.

4. If you email us

Clicking "Join waitlist" or "Inquire to buy" opens an email. Any name, email address, or message you send ends up in the operator's personal inbox and is used only to respond to you — never shared with third parties or used for marketing. To have it deleted, just ask via the same email.

5. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

6. Your rights

If you've emailed the operator, you can request to see or delete that message at any time — contact us below.

7. Changes to this policy

If the Site later adds payments or accounts and starts collecting more data, this document will be updated to match. Changes take effect once posted here.
